In this section, you will be able to read about the concepts and methodologies behind the REFLOW Collaborative Governance Toolkit (RCGT).

In the first section, , you can read about and , the main theory frameworks of the RCGT, and access and read about , developed by different organisations, that inspired this toolkit.

In the second section, , you can read about the foundational elements of the toolkit, including the , the , that sets the timeline in which activities and tools in the RCGT can be implemented, and the , which can be used to strategically connect and mutually reinforce activities and experiments under a full-stack designed transition.

In the third section, the , you can read about how the wide range of activities and experiments proposed in the RCGT are organised and interact between each other. The ones that were tested and implemented within REFLOW project are developed in detail in the section of this toolkit.
