Purpose within the REFLOW journey: Supporting the pilot partners in a clear and comprehensive definition of governance experiments, as initial probes that help map out the key characteristics of the experiments (where, with whom, how, when, with what ambitions, etc.), and their interlinkages with the set of activities already envisaged as part of the circular pilot actions.
