Stakeholders Mapping

Mapping and action research activities that aim to identify relevant stakeholders in the city, including those already involved in circular economy action as well as more unusual suspects.

Purpose within the REFLOW journey: Improving and enhancing the definition of Circular Cities Pilot Actions with insights related to the relational ecosystem at the outset of pilot cities’ transition plan. It includes mapping of actors across sectors, core values, interests, motivations and perceived barriers to collaboration.
