# Meet the Food Tech 3.0 Innovators

Over the course of the FoodSHIFT2030 project, each of the FoodSHIFT2030 Accelerator Labs (FALs) worked with at least 10 initiatives in their local context. Each FAL aimed to assist their selected initiatives in increasing the initiatives' Innovation Readiness Levels. To learn more about this process, check the [Context: FoodSHIFT2030](/foodtech3.0/food-tech-3.0-aceleration-program/context-foodshift2030.md) section.

### Food Tech 3.0's innovators

The **10 initiatives selected for Food Tech 3.0 were incredibly diverse**: they represented all different points of the food supply chain– production, elaboration, and food recycling/upcycling– and were at various stages of maturity. The innovators themselves came from a variety of professional backgrounds and countries, including Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Italy, Spain and Turkey. Lastly, **7 of the selected projects were either founded or co-founded by women**, surpassing our initial goal to engage at least 5 initiatives led by women.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://books.fablabbcn.org/foodtech3.0/acceleration-program-sessions/meet-the-food-tech-3.0-innovators.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
